When you open your mouth to judge a mother, bite your tongue first.


Pregnancy hurts.


Birth hurts.


Breastfeeding hurts.


Watching your baby cry hurts.


Not sleeping well, it hurts.


Serving everyone and being the last hurts.


Not having time for yourself - hurts.


The mother needs help, not to be criticized,


she needs love and not to be judged,


she takes care of everyone, but she needs to take care of herself as well.


Motherhood is not as gentle as it seems, motherhood is beautiful, yes, but it is very difficult.


What's beautiful is the love that a mother has for her child, that love is capable of enduring everything!

 Eighty years ago today, a massive blast rocked the ground, spilled burning oil into the water, and shot flames into the sky above an Oahu marshaling yard known as West Loch. Sailors frantically searched for enemy aircraft or submarines as more explosions raised a thousand-foot-high pillar of fire, sparking fears of "a second Pearl Harbor." No enemy appeared, but the conflagration continued into the night, punctuated by occasional explosions and wailing sirens. Military and civilian personnel speculated about the explosion but received no solid information. This was by design, and the true story would not be widely known for many years. Nearly three dozen LSTs crowded into the West Loch channel, readying for the invasion of Saipan. The execution of women by the Nazis during World War II This is a tribute to the amazing courage of so many young women during World War II who were put to death for plotting and fighting against the Nazis, as resistance fighters, partisans and activists in towns and concentration camps. It is estimated that more than 4,000 women of various ages were hanged by Nazi forces between 1939 and 1945. Many more were shot or guillotined and many were tortured before minimal or non-existent trials.  They could be sentenced to death by People's Courts and executed within prisons, by the commandants of concentration camps or by military commanders in the field and summarily executed, usually in public. Some of these "field" executions were documented and photographed.  A lot of the photographs were private snaps taken by individual soldiers and discovered after they had been captured or killed.
